Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and coordinate the end-to-end bid process for large-scale public sector projects. Develop bid strategies, identify opportunities, and ensure alignment with company objectives and client requirements. Work closely with sales, products, technical, and legal teams to deliver high-quality, compliant proposals. Oversee the preparation and submission of RFPs, RFIs, and other tender documentation. Analyze bid requirements and manage risk assessments to maximize win rates. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Danish public procurement landscape. Ensure timely delivery of all bid submissions and post-bid reviews for continuous improvement. Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field (Master's preferred). Proven experience (3+ years) in bid management, proposal writing, or public tender processes, preferably within the public sector. Excellent project management and / or organizational skills. Strong communication skills in both Danish and English (written and spoken). Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and under tight deadlines. High attention to detail and commitment to quality. Familiarity with digital solutions for the public sector is a plus. What We Offer
