Bid Manager with experience in IT infrastructure tenders

emagine are currently looking for a competitive public tender. As the Bid Manager you will take on a critical role in preparing a competitive bid for the infrastructure operations for one of our clients. This position is pivotal for ensuring compliance, high-quality output, strategic planning, and alignment between technical solutions and customer needs.

Main Responsibilities

• Own the bid strategy, governance model, timetable, and resources.
• Lead the bid team across technical, security, operations, commercial, legal, and partner functions.
• Analyse tender documentation and translate requirements into clear bid workstreams and deliverables.
• Ensure full compliance with mandatory requirements, evaluation criteria, and public procurement rules.
• Drive the description of the proposed operational solution.
• Manage inputs from internal teams and external partners; resolve gaps and conflicts.
• Control versioning, reviews, approvals, and quality assurance of all bid materials.
• Lead risk identification, mitigation planning, and bid/no-bid recommendations.
• Coordinate clarification questions, responses, and dialogue with the contracting authority.
• Own final submission readiness and sign-off.

Key Requirements

• Proven senior-level experience as Bid Manager on large, complex IT infrastructure tenders.
• Demonstrated delivery of successful bids with high regulatory, security, and availability requirements.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure operations, service management, and information security.
• Experience with structured bid governance, compliance management, and evaluation optimization.
• Ability to lead senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams under fixed deadlines.
• High precision in written and oral communication in Danish; ability to produce clear, authoritative bid content.
• Experience with public procurement frameworks and formal tender processes.
• High resilience, decisiveness, and accountability under pressure.
